alan - what you said is so true. i've been almost exclusively shorting since late last year... kicked butt in march...did well in february and january... flat in april. now, part of that is because i didn't hold my stops one day, but the main thing is...despite mainly going short (intraday ONLY), i've not reaped the benefits because i'd get stopped out on strategies that worked real well earlier...
