LG, there has been some confusion concerning election year trends. I did some research and found:..Only seven presidents have been "lame ducks", and the market has been a loser 6 out of 7 times during the final year of the presidents term.....However, since 1832 there have been 29 up years and 13 down years..(election years)....scotty

LG, Understood.

I was very clear about my time horizons and my posts were only in response to people who believed we were in rally-mode. You point is well taken, but you will see if you check the posts that I took nothing from the short-term bulls; in fact I congratulated them more than once. I was targeting my posts at the sentiment that some expressed, some of whom were previously bearish, that we may have turned a sort of corner.

Good trading. --Allan
