fishing out the ad myself someone sent me this criteria: at least a 500mhz cpu pentiumIII's better than celrons beyond 600mhz the cost/performance ratio breaks down at least 128mb ram. 256mb would be sweet hd storage is cheap. does anyone really need more than 20gb? not me. i just got 13gb more importantly, look for the 7200rpm an ata66 controller card to go along with it would improve performance if you're a gamer, you want to look at beefy graphics cards - a 16mb 3dfx voodoo3 3000d agp card cd-rom instead of dvd will try to match one up to that I guess thanks Dennis s m i l e sherry
