Anthony, I agree with what you said about not idolizing people or exalting them into the stratesphere. But I think it is important to realize who should we blame. GG or the get-rich-quick public. You probably never really ask your followers to believe you blindly, but some of them will undoubtedly do. Should you be blamed for all their problem? I don't think so. To me, GG is a teacher and guide of showing people the fundamental technological shifts and macro-transformation that happens in our time. It is a sad fact that people nowadays just simply jump in the feeding frenzy with such gusto. To me, it is more of a sign of our general market frothness, rather than GG's delibrate manipulation of the stock market. (That why I think people like you are a good addition to the public debate to serve as a legitimate counter balance, becuase the general fool-hardy bullishness exhibited on the online chat rooms). A@P - A question: you recently made the following post #3506 in reference to GG and AVNX - in response to post #3503: "SQueezing it hah... the volume is at an all time high...he is selling short..as we speak...he is a buffoon." April 24th. These are very serious charges that you are posting to a heavily read investment board. So it is your contention George Gilder is engaged in fraudulent manipulation of stock in Avanex Corporation? And your proof?
