Dorian is taking the prudent route in taking the $4.2 million charge. So profits are reduced. They still have other profits left, right ? I didn't think any auditor will ever sign off on this 10-K cleansed or otherwise.. or they instantly become the laughingstock of the community. It's just not worth it, plus they get paid in stock anyway. That's why the Shoeppel lawyers took off, too. No money. Suing people for free (pro bono) SUCKS, eh guys !!!

$4.2 mill reduction of 1999 earnings. I guess that's why DR didn't talk about being "a profitable company" in this press release, eh? I wonder what ownership issues in the Collateral Asset remain to be resolved. Maybe Jeanette used them as collateral somewhere else also? LOL ...Mezz -
