HaHaHa Good one.

Really, why would people read SI or Gilder's letters or Anthony's pronouncements if they had the time and knowledge to check out not only what they own, but what they don't own but should. I think what we are all looking for is a reasonable reliable source.

FYI - I find Gilder's papers as a good source for companies to look further into (thereby limiting what I have to study with my limited bandwith) and not a guarantee of instant riches.

I never cease to be amazed at the number of SI posters who show up on a thread with an opening post along the lines of:

"I just bot 2,000 shares of XYZ corp. Can someone on the thread please tell me what this company does?"

Unbelievable - there should be an SI thread to follow these.
