Any comment on this NR?

It supports the "interest" that I have heard that other majors have in the property. The fact they hit Chalcopyrite in all nine holes is encouraging, intersect lengths are what we are missing.....they will come with the assay results.

The BC Gov thing has dissappeared because it is in the hands of the judicial system, and RKR is concentrating on the property, which is the correct approach. RKR will be informed by its lawyers when they will have to go to court with BC, in the meantime RKR lawyers are sending the periodical "nasties" to the government to let them know we'll be seeing them in court.

A geologist friend of mine works for Cominco. He feels that this # of holes drilled is way to small for a buyout or JV

I would agree with your geologist friend when it comes to a buyout, which I have stated at length on this and Stockhouse thread is at least 1 1/2 years away if at all. However, I would disagree with his assessment that its too early for a JV. If he truly works for Cominco then I am sure he is aware of the term "geological continuity". If the drill holes show a geological continuity with stepouts over a large area, majors have in "many circumstances" based their buyin on a JV based on that information. The number of holes we have drilled, coupled with the area covered, and the part of the planet we are in, is more than substantial enough for a JV at this stage of the drill program.

The longer a major waits for entry based on data, the larger the price tag for the buyin. With $2,000,000 in the bank we have enough money for a good drill program on Tacho as well. Secondly, RKR receives money from their warrant exercising continually, so the influx of money into the cash acct. has not ceased, by any stretch of the imagination.
