n particular, Kumar expects Intel to institute more aggressive pricing to stave off AMD's effort to gain enterprise customers. Intel will use the weapon it has, which is price, to maintain market share, and there is not much AMD can do about that

I'm not certain that Intel's investors would take kindly to a huge drop in profits. Intel makes the vast majority of their money from high-end enterprise sales.

We think PC unit sales are going to be down sequentially in Q2, and the only way they [AMD] can perform better

Kumar may not have heard that AMD is already sold out for Q2. The guy is on the ball. What else can I say?
