not so! the good old Swiss National Bank did a 3/4% hike recently. they are the only country in the world the money supply gowth of which has really declined pretty drastically lately. M3 and M2 growth has actually gone negative there. altogether they had rate increases of 1,25% over the last two MONTHS. i think they were really miffed that the Swiss Franc was following the Euro down...
