Section 1202 Cap gains essentially states that if you acquire equity in a company that has less than $500 MM in assets, and hold that position for 5 years or more (but not before 1993 or 1992, check the date of this reg), then your are taxed at 50% of the then prevailing long term capital gains (today it is 20% thus taxation only 10%).

PS, I got out today at $35.5 taking a loss. I'll step aside and see if we are going to retest early April's lows.
