To: Waldy From: Waldy................It just occured to me, as a young man working at VICKERS, Inc. I often delivered messages to Harry Vickers (obviously, an engineering genius) that had a work shop set up in a double wide trailer where he tinkered at reinventing the wheel, I think?? At the same time he was Chairman of the Board, then Vickers was swallowed up and became a part of Sperry-Rand, and the had Gen. Douglas (yes) Mac Arthur as Chairman of the Board.........at the time there were no other products/companies that could hold a candle to Vickers/Sperry.........yet both companies died from STUPIDITY of top leadership......Novell sorta looks like its heading in the same direction.........??
