Okay, I need a buyout expert for some advise. HMTT is being taken out by KMAG valued at 125MM. With 48MM shares outstanding that puts the deal at 2.70 (roughly) Book on HMTT is 2.84 (by Yahoo) so the deal is a "take under"?

The stock closed the day at 2 11/32 which, even with the announced deal leaves nearly 20% to the upside. So the question? Sold some shares from 2 1/32 at 2 5/8 today. Buy some more on any pull back tomorrow or let the thing work its way out. I don't think the "shareholders" are going to be all that crazy for the deal once it sinks in.

Ken

Hi Eric,

You have any idea why the MMs are holding such a wide spread on NUTX ???? Seems they do not want it trading much at the moment. $0.19 spread on a $0.75 stock is pretty wide.

Been watching it over the last week and it seems they have no problem raising the ask quickly when a few buys come in but they don't seem to want to budge on the bid.

Any thoughts ?
