CJ; Greetings. A five percent increase in institutional ownership in three months is very possible. Much larger increases and decreases have occured in shorter periods of time. Case in point - the approximately 20% drop in institutional ownership in cpq in early 98 after dec announcement. The issue is whether or not the catalyst or data that would initiate a change in institutional thinking has occured. I agree with you that so far it "aint happened". As for baby steps - my reference point was normal companies. But relative to cpq you are absolutely correct. It is a humongous, gigantic, universal leap forward.
