Sergio, "HMTT" Okay, I guess I mis understood the deal due to the statement that KMAG would be the surviving company. 3 of HMTT's board will remain with KMAG and KMAG will have 6 on the board. XRX has built in the conference for tomorrow, and per usual will sell the news. I've been disappointed before, but will continue to trade it. "April is almost over" I say a little prayer every morning. Hard market to make a buck. LOL Ken
