Hi Pullin-GS: I would also think that the AT&T's wireless assets that are quite valuable are their FCC spectrum licenses. As technology changes and evolves, they still will need the wide band spectrum frequencies to deploy their systems. Also, AT&T has the infrastructure (ie real estate, transmission tower leases, etc) in place now with paying customers and very good cash flow.

Technology changes constantly. If AT&T see's that there is demand for a super CDMA high speed wide band internet ready service, then they will upgrade their systems and build it. What you are buying here is a franchise with excellent growth potential.

The question I have is how good is the current management?

EKS

what are you smokin? AWE can carry TDMA....period. Not that you would understand those initials, anyway.

As for packets, they can only use CDPD, which is a sneaker net over the top of TDMA, and when the network capacity gets overlaoded, CDPD has nowhere to break in, so they got nothing to carry packets.

Good luck
