Yeah. A shame that it took his public posts of his EGRP woes to get a speedy response. Of course, since the things he said are probably true, what can EGRP do? Sue him for libel? Try proving that one in court. Like EGRP needs any more bad press about crappy service.

Bluff called and won, I'd say. Who cares if E*Trade knows who he is. You act like E*Trade has any real power in the world. If they had some pull their stock wouldn't be in the toilet that it's in.

One night last week when I got home from work, my wife said Etrade had called to answer my question. I think the service is improving, I also think the site is down less often.

Sure they have and will make mistakes, they all do but you can't ask for the moon. Be reasonable, keep your business in order and you won't make unreasonable requests.
