Yes in fact you are correct Voyk, ZSUNE did not get approval of it's 10KSB. Other than the fact that they did not issue a press release, there still contiues to be several glaring errors in 10KSB #5 (a record I am sure) and as we all know there are several serious omisssions that will forever keep the SEC from approving the filings. But then again if I was an officer of this company, I would not be very forthcoming in the light of all the questionable things that have gone down.

And you are correct to question anything that Frank_I_am_not _really_Asian_but_I_work_in_a_Phillipines_boiler_room says as he is a vile and spineless creature.

I don't know you either (and I am not "John"). I was not overjoyed yesterday as you say, I was merely excited about the prospect of the 10sb being concluded. The information I received was from another poster at RB who provided a link to an OTC listing that said ZiaSun had passed. So far I am still trying to find out what is happening (whether it's approved or not). If the 10sb is not approved yet, then I have no doubts that it will be in due course.

You may misunderstand things. My posts are my opinions or information I received from various sources (even message boards). I do not represent anyone and I am not any market manipulator or so called boiler room tout. I am simply a small stock holder that is a believer in this company. The stock bashers on the other hand, are nasty manipulators who post false and misleading statements for selfish and questionable motives.

As far as the ZiaSun PR is concerned, I find it quite encouraging that they are quiet at the moment. I take that as a sign that things are developing for them. Other stock holders of ZiaSun are always able to contact the company directly if they want some news up-dates. I doubt that they reply on information or speculation from you or me.

VOYK, I read your post on Ragingbull about the OIA shares being renegotiated. Ziasun filed a new 10sb today and it was. This is the new deal.

From #7--> However, at the request of the former OIA shareholders, one of whom is the
Chairman of ZiaSun and one of whom is a director, and their joint recognition
that it would clearly not be in the best interests of the Company to have such a
large goodwill burden going forward, they inquired if the Company would
reconsider and amend the original terms and conditions of the earn out.
Accordingly, they proposed to exchange 12,000,000 of the earn-out shares, to
which they were originally entitled, for $6,000,000 in cash. The proposal was
reviewed and accepted by the Company on May 9, 2000.
Therefore, under the terms and conditions of the amended earn-out
agreement, the former OIA shareholders will only receive 9,820,152 shares,
rather than the 21,820,152 shares as set forth in the original agreement. This
reduces the goodwill burden to the Company by $136,500,000 to $111,704,230, and
this is the value that will be added to the Company's balance sheet going
forward from April 1, 2000.
