Isn't criminal fraud a violation of SI's TOS? I think we've got a good chance of having him removed from SI forever. Not to mention a knock on the door by the SEC and appropriate state authorities. I don't read his thread normally, but I loathe cults with a passion. Scientology comes to mind. And the best cure for a despicable cult leader is a heaping dose of TRUTH. That's the one thing they can't tolerate.
