Longs...it's just a matter of time until the stuffing gets knocked out of this pig.

Wow. Shorting both CSCO and GE. Do you like whips and chains, too?

Truly a non-believer,

...In the first quarter of 2000 . . . results from operations were even better: Revenues were up 24% . . . and earnings were up 20%.

...The total return on a share of GE in 1999 was 54%. Over the past 5 years . . . this return has averaged 46% . . . more than 60% better than the S&P 500 for the same period.

Widows and Orphans, Mutuals, 401K's.... This is where everyone goes to when the rest of the market bails.

I've done v e r y well for myself since GE bought NBC and I've had the option of buying GE stock in my IRA and 401K.
GE is about to put my kids through private schools here in Westchester NY. and attend any University they are admitted to. What more do you want?

GEorge

LOL!!!!

Good luck. Longs...it's just a matter of time until the stuffing gets knocked out of this pig.

Gee... what a surprise!!!! Maybe you should work on something original... or better yet, perhaps use some real analysis and create a compelling argument. Couple of thoughts:

- you apparently have been reading about bashers
- bashing usually will only work on tightly held stocks
- bashing requires some realistic analysis and facts to succeed
- bashing the DOW and NASDAQ bellweathers won't work
- using SI as your mechanism is probably not a good tool

Bambs, you clearly have a lot to learn. But, please tell me you haven't given up on your CSCO short. Hey, you said CSCO was a bloated pig... and since you're not shorting I assume you want to buy it... at some price. What would that price be. What's your target buy price for GE? If they are bloated pig's why aren't you shorting them now???
