Do you think the Miranda warnings should be done away with? Why? Name calling is not an intelligent or proper response. A lot of people do not understand their rights when they are arrested. The Miranda warnings help to inform them of their rights while in custody. Why would any freedom loving conservative want to do away with this simple legal protection? The police are still doing their jobs effectively since the Miranda warnings were put into place. Please no name calling, it really doesn't make for intelligent discussion.
