UniDyn Corp. Announces New Order for 35 Derritron Units Valued At $1,000,000.00
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 2000--Aiming to set the standard in the quality assurance technology market UniDyn Corp, (OTCBB: UNDY - news) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Derritron, has received a purchase order for 35 units of its Derritron electrodynamic shaker and related printed circuit board testing equipment from a US based manufacturing company. The contract upon delivery of all of the units is valued at $1,000,000.00.

Since the acquisition of the Derritron product line in 1998 and closing of UK operations in 1999, UniDyn has focused on taking the necessary steps to begin full-scale production in the United States. Since January 3, 2000, the Company has been acquiring parts, lining up vendors and preparing its production line for larger volume business.

Derritron President George Pearce stated, ``The size and scope of the order should help to establish Derriton's Shakers as a product to be reckoned with in the quality assurance marketplace. I would like to thank all of the people at Derritron that have made this possible. An order of this magnitude is a tribute to their dedication and tireless efforts.''

Derritron has agreed to deliver a test model to the customer by June 1st, 2000 and will be working together with the customer through this date to ensure that their required specifications are met. Subject to the customer's final testing to check the specifications, insuring compatibility and interfacing, UniDyn plans to execute full production, begin shipment and complete the contract requirements by November 1, 2000.

UniDyn Chief Operating Officer John Provazek concluded, ``We are very confident that we can deliver a beta model to this customer by June 1st, work through any final issues and deliver on this contract in a timely fashion.''
