Steven, I do agree with you that Bush is not going to transform government single handedly. However, I do believe he has the wisdom to surround himself with the qualifed and dedicated people who will be expert, responsible and committed to the varied giant responsibilities of government. I don't believe he will appoint a "bar bouncer" to be in charge of White House security, and have him secure FBI files for whatever no good reason they were secured. There are great minds in America. I don't necessarily think Clinton was masterful in selecting them. i.e., Reno, the bald headed guy that someone described as having a snake head, (the one that said, you can drag a one hundred dollar bill through a trailer park and drag up anything) (an insult to our citizens who live in trailer parks) The lady heading energy who asked for a giant contribution before she would grant an interview, etc.. What is the old saying, "birds of a feather flock together?" Frank
