Whoa, Tigerpaw, our military has probably never been weaker. It is said we would be in real trouble if something severe came about. Our military has been going downhill since the Clinton administration came into power. You shouldn't feel to secure. You obviously didn't see the recent 60 minute type program about the Missiliers. We still have weapons ready within 20 minutes to go out and Russia has the same capability. Our assisting China with technology has dominoed down to where some of the maverick countries who don't fear death are getting nuclear power. I think we have reason to be concerned. In the program on the Missiliers they said (and I can't remember totally accurate) our two countries (Russia and US) haven't been able to complete the treaty to destroy the weapons. They said EVERY time the Russian Duma was getting ready to vote on the treaty Clinton took an action to cause them not to vote for destruction of the weapons. The aspirin factory, Kosovo, etc....
