Well I wasn't saying that doing away with the Miranda warnings was a good thing, so again your rationalization for name calling is unclear. I'm not in favor of doing away with any part of the Miranda warnings, including the most important part about, "the right to remain silent". That is the cornerstone of the Miranda warnings, doing away with "the right to remain silent" line would effectively gut the Miranda warnings.
