JHR,

The numbers were okay but...

I was disappointed with the relatively sparse release of information. They could have done much much better IMHO.

According to a report posted on Yahoo GKM has projected installations of 565 for this year. If they are to make that number, they are going to have to pick up the pace considerably over the rest of the year. I would have liked to have seen 125 to 135 installs for the first quarter.

I would have like to have seen more guidance from the company in regards to the future installation rates.

I would have liked to have heard some news regarding the Solo and Carousel versions: Have any been sold and if so when will they be installed?

I would have liked to have seen an update on the current installation backlog. I know they are not issuing press releases on every sale, but at least they could update us on a quarterly basis.

I would have liked to have seen something in regards to the capital expenditures they are making for on the new manufacturing plant.

I would have liked to have seen something about their efforts to gear up their installation and training staff. Finding and hiring people in given the shortages of qualified people is a concern to me. Having worked in this field I am well aware of the current shortages.

On the positive side I see in the 10Q filing that hardware and software support is now showing a profit for the first time. This will be a growth area as they increase the installed base.

Also selling and administrative costs fell from the previous quarter. That was a concern that Thean had.

As for today's trading action I attribute it to the poor market conditions at the end of the day that combined with stops getting hit, taking the stock down in a big way. A more complete report could have minimized the damage done to the stock. If we get hit by poor economic reports tomorrow morning you may be able to pick up the stock at bargain prices which may not be seen again. There is support at 33 and very strong support at 29. But OTOH this market is full of surprises.

Best of luck to you and all the other longs.

Jim
