I have no expectations based on that graph alone. Well, actually I do have one: This sort of wild volatility is dangerous. Fine while the trend is up, but when it points down, as it has for the tech-market, then look out.

I made no claims about its usefulness or predictive value. I posted it for comment and 'cause it's a pretty picture. -g- The more learned/experienced here might have something useful to add along the lines of your question.
