I haven't found out who supplies DMIC with VCO's. They were wounded a couple of years ago by the Asian crisis and have executed a solid turnaround based on the Altium line. I suspect that either Alps or Murata have their business at the moment. They are developing P-MP and I would be surprised if VARL isn't pitching them.
