Don

No..

The last trade made in the account was thurs. of last week.

I asked them if there were any settlements pending, and there aren't any.

I sold some calls that were exercised. They were for 105 shares per contract, and I assumed they were 100, so when my stock got called I was net 200 shares short.. which I covered the next trading day.. I'm pretty sure this is what is throwing them off..

Don, E-trade is supposed to update the account balance in real time, unless their system screws up. So my guess is his account has been screwed up.
