In his new position, Mandhani will be responsible for assessing technology, especially as it relates to new product development and testing. ``Pavan Mandhani is a unique talent and will bring a great deal of experience to our growing management team,'' said Leo J. He was responsible for developing strategies and goals for their advanced Internet technology as well as participating in the decision and implementation of the Company's technology infrastructure. Mandhani has a Masters of Science degree in both computer science and industrial and manufacturing systems engineering from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from India.
