He's an exceptional child and imo, he's a US citizen. You don't KNOW him. His circumstances are exceptional- that's all you know

He earned it, the old-fashioned way. By having a parent nearly kill him to get him here? Lots of little Mexican and Latin American kids have that happen- but they get sent back. Is it the sharks that make the big difference? But then all the Haitians should get in.....
