No. Now you are misrepresenting the truth. There is a difference between cashing out and transferring stock. He is transferring stock from one broker to the next which should not affect SEC rules. That is not the same as selling his shares - not even close.

No wonder you are a die hard EGRP fan. The signs are all there - quick to call names, don't understand fully the rules, and always casting the first stone. Are you and BWAC in the same fast food consulting service? No, I don't need fries with that.

Purely off topic here. I own a corporation. WBM, Inc. for a short name. I got sales of around 160,000 show a 50,000 profit exclusive of a salary draw. I would like to buy a pink sheet shell company and set up a website. Issue myself a few million shares and trade them between me and you. Do you have any ideas where to get started?
