Intrinsic valuation aside, what concerns me is that AT&T has not put out a clear statement as to how existing shareholders will benefit from the AWE IPO. AT&T has still not come out and said that T shareholders will "definitely" receive AWE shares as a dividend, let alone when and how much. The market is IMO punishing T share price as a consequence.
