The penis is analogous to the clitoris and not the breast.

And clitoral size (as far as I know, in any culture that I know of) isn't correlated with womanhood in the same way as a big strapping penis is correlated with masculinity. Some of this may have to do with the fact that the clitoris is hidden- if it were more obvious maybe it would be more important visually.

Also, men are usually encouraged to be active with their penises and use them a lot, while most cultures want women to be more selective (now this poses an interesting logistical problem doesn't it?)

Culture isn't like a mirror, when you deal with the sexes. The rules for men and women have always been different, in every society I know of- and while sexual rapacity is admired in men, virginity is prized in women.

I dunno!
That seems a reasonable conclusion. Are they oppressed? What do they think? (edited)

But we (males) are usually not permitted into the inner sanctums (sancti?) of the women. Who knows what they do when they are out of the men's view?

Furthermore, who cares?

Contrary to popular American opinion ~ we are not the world's policeman ~ nor is it likely we ever will be.
Nor should we so want. We have difficulty accepting those unlike us ~ how then should we impose.

IMO the concepts and rights of individuality extend to individual cultures.

And now I'm out to lunch (LOL, even more than usual).
will check back in later
