Bill Spoken like a true son of the State. Spare us the fanfare for the common man. When the government starts looking out for my interest, I keep my hand on my wallet. So, by your logic, Bill, Bill Gates could likewise beat the US Government if he could just hire enough lawyers. Same analogy right? That dog won't hunt Hey man, plaintiff's lawyers beat big corporations every day if they have a case. Stac corp beat MSFT and so could others. But, as the poker saying goes, you can't beat something with nothing. The DOJ and the 19 Attorneys Generic are bullying so stridently because they know their case is weak and they are hoping MSFT will cave to the pressure. But, MSFT hasn't blinked yet and in November the bully may be put out to pasture. The law may grind slow but it grinds exceedingly fine. Ciao, Daniel
