Here is a reply I received from Randy Hung on some questions, you can probably guess at the questions from his replies.... 1) The Netbriefing conference was stated on our web page inside the NEWS section. 2) We are dealing with two exchanges with different policies. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange would prefer putting up news announcement only with material nature and they must "vet" such announcement. The Canadian Venture Exchange does not have such vetting requirement. On the Canadian side, our goal is to put up more new releases. 3) We are quite busy dealing with the Asia-Pacific market. Therefore, the road show in Canada will be postponed to after the annual report be delivered. 4) If you remember, our stock price was at $0.4 to $0.5 without any volume at the time when we posted the sales contract on news release. It is obvious that such news release are not price sensative and therefore we choose not to do so. 5) If the market condition improves, our stock should perform better.
