Have to tell you folks...sold my GMST around 39. Took 22 minutes to get a broker on the phone after they put me in line...."there are 29 calls ahead of you" honestly!!!! When I got down to "2 calls" it took 6 minutes still before I put in my sell order! Then I asked for the fill and they said due to cut cable they couldn't tell me and that all trades were being handled manually!!!! So, it's not bad enough the online site is down ALL DAY.....She asked me twice if I was sure I had the stock in the acct. to sell because she was unable to look at the acct. herself!!! WOW! Is this just a cruel joke or what??? (dumbfounded or maybe just dumb) Can anyone top that trade experience??? tuna
