What is not clear to me is how the DOJ is professing I was harmed by MSFT's actions when I was actually helped with receiving a $29.95 product free from it's manufacturer as a direct result of MSFT's competitive spirit.

What is clear to me is I never complained to DOJ about MSFT and I see a bunch of other billionaires who have complained to them. Well MSFT represent's the only one of em who has put something in my pocket for nothing and it is very clear that they happen to be the only one who DOJ is after.

NOW HOW CAN THAT NOT BE CLEAR TO YOU?

I think when the public gets through with judging this case the government and a lot of MSFT's competitors will be in a lot more trouble then they ever bargained for IMO.

Wait until Windows2000 on those cheap DELL appliance servers with those cheap 64Bit INTEL chips start rolling over SUNW's over priced cry baby servers.
