Just walk down the street and start asking anyone you see about their PC and what kind of problems they have with it. You'll notice a pattern beginning to emerge: people seem to be generally ok with the hardware, but the SOFTWARE seems to be more than a little unreliable. Cheryl, yes some complain about Windows, but they sill use it. It is analogous to what Winston Churchill said about democracy. "Democracy is the worst form of government except for all the other forms." Likewise Windows might be the worst, but it is still better than the alternatives. I don't see SUNW offering anything better. SUNW is too busy telling the consumer the PC is no good.
