<<Why rotate out of QCOM?...own both>> I agree, I own both ( QCOM & JDSU ) and NT. I intend to keep them for the next five years or more (LTB&H); however Rick is playing options and QCOM is not moving fast enough to take advantage of his strategy IMHO.

Regards,

David

Hi CAtechTrader: To answer your question, pull up a number of my previous posts the past 2/3 weeks. In them, I state specifically why I am rotating out of QCOM. I also stated that for a long term holder, it is super. I have many of my family members still holding it, but for my style of investing, I am not waiting on it to move any longer. Hopefully some of the good news about QCOM will hit very soon to move it forward. In the meantime, I move on.

How about that CREE today, Troops.

Rick

<<Why rotate out of QCOM?...own both...QCOM is starting to show leadership again...one day does not a trend make I know...but then again the longest journey begins with one step...I am hanging my hat on the latter..QCOM was the first major NAZ stock in the green today and I think that means something.

Couldnt agree more....there are lots of stocks that may be worth trying to time...but I just dont see why anybody would want to try and time the movements of what i believe will be the largest market cap company in the land one day!!

I agree, I would own both, oh yea, I do! They partner fairly well. I also will soon own NTAP. Multiple stocks a PORTFOLIO makes...
