IBD is the best source, I agree, but for trades that are rarer and have more chance of gain.. I'd scan through the "Earnings" lists which are lugubrious but are worth the effort. Here you will find the HYSL's... and others that are still in triple digit gains. They are also less 'controlled' by market makers and still have room for double or triple baggers.
