SIRI...2 100k and 1 35k form T after hours trades. What does form T mean.

Just means it's a true after hours trade. (As opposed to a trade which happened earlier in the day but is being reported late.)

T NASDAQ: Form 'T' trade. This is a trade which occurred after the NASD system close.
These trades are reported on a 'Form-T' and are electronically as a group some time after the close.

I saw the 100k block go off. I thought it was firm T and it was alway my understanding that that just meant it was a firm trade. I could be totally wrong. Someone else might know better....Anyone?
