Considering that AMD "gets no respect" from the so called analysts, you don't need an issue to distract them...

Daniel B.,

I believe that a trademark has to be registered; if Duron is registered by the paint company and they object to AMD using the name than their attorneys will notify AMD. AMD then will have to come up with a new name for spitfire...frankly I don't know what's wrong with spitfire.

(I just read Brushwad's post and I guess there is not a problem with duron).

BTW sorry for not taking this issue more seriously this AM.
