That's very important news you posted. Wonder why no one commented on it...

Am I the only one who sees SERIOUS gasoline shortages this summer if things keep going this way?? Refineries seem to be falling apart at current utilization levels and they are going to increase utilizations to the high 90's? I don't think so!
