Look down the page at the hit rate table.

Also, note that DDR has increased the number of banks and Toshiba says that increases the cost of the die (other things being equal of course).

"Clearly, adding more banks increases the hit rate and reduces latency , however adding banks increases the die size and cost of the DRAM. Therefore, a cost/performance comparison is necessary when determining how critical it is to reduce latency by increasing the number of banks."

By the way you will probably find this critique of the benchmarks currently being used informative.
