Dear INTCfan:

I am looking forward to tomorrow, because jj now has to prove his mettle ... Is their some JUDGEment left in that appointed for life bureaucrat ... or as we suspect ... is he just the mouthpiece for janet and her nineteen extortionists ...?

If the remedy officially gets presented to jj tomorrow,
and he accepts it without equivocation, I will double my already massive postion in MSFT, as the die will then be cast ... the outcome pre-determined ... MSFT WINS ON APPEAL!

With Rick Sherlunds guidance for 65-70 range for trading and MSFT's own guidance for flat Q4, I am not hopeful for anything other than mid 60s for the next 3 months.

MSFT has Analysts meeting end of July and I will wait and see what they tell the analysts. I expect similar chanting: We are too big, it is very difficult to add incremental 4-5 billiion in revenue, etc..So they wil keep guiding low.; what we really need is a much stronger than "expected", blowout Q with blowout guidance. It may be Sept Q. Who knows
