Michelda: SBISF/CWAHF, Hang Seng #648

This is the Softbank holding company in Hong Kong, which they plan to use to expand into Asia. Market cap must be under 1 billion dollars at this price. There is a Raging Bull board on this co, in fact two boards, one under CWAHF and one under SBISF. The name change just took place a few weeks back.

Michelda: re Hikari

I do agree with you that this may be a good deal. Like I said, I bought some about 1 week ago at 18,000 Yen. However, it has not been liquid since then!

Everyone treats Shigeta like the devil incarnate. All he did was forecast a gain and then later had to change this to a loss. Softbank hates him because he tried to copy their SBISF/CWAHF idea by setting up Golden Power (HK 603) and cut a deal with Li to expand into Asia.

But it seems that Hikari must be worth something. I just have not been able to research Hikari more, as it is hard to get good information on the company's true assets.

Anyway, I plan to hold on to my Hikari Tsushin shares purchased at 18K. I think there was some activity last trading session. Hopefully it will turn around today.
