I have my suspicions, but you'd have to ask him. He'll probably give you the run-around about this six degrees of separation thing but we all know that every relationship in life is causal and pre-meditated. Knowing is proof enough, wouldn't you say? Accepting that chance plays a role in the affairs of man is dangerous. We might feel helpless and inconsequential in the middle of a cold, impartial universe, and that might make us feel a wee bit insecure. If we know everything, then we have nothing to fear. Or do we?
