Scary chart -- the fall from 60 was basically an interrupted fall until it hit 20. Was good to see the breakout but that didn't hold and now we're falling again. I'd expect more support near 16.

I don't really know what to tell you -- I would not be averaging down on this -- but that is because I don't like charts that do swan dives. If you really want to, maybe you can catch it around 16.
