First a boat that sinks and now it seems one of the few semiconductor cap ex companies that manage to go down this year! Maybe sending him back to Cuba is the secret plan on of the CIA to "take Castro down" and they just haven't told the INS yet?

No, no, no...the ultrabeam is the device Elian will make a raft out of when he tries to get back to the U.S. when he turns 18. It will be the only ultrabeam ever shipped.
