George, Thanks for bringing me over to this circus, indeed it is worse [better] than FTEL/FCM at their climax of greed driven paranoia mixed with the reason driven cult membership. HA HA HA HA I used to laugh so hard it hurt! Imagine if the wild-eyed politicians would turn their eyes to the gazillion Mexican (kids and otherwise), that are treated like dogs in the kennels of the migra. Hunted down, captured, and thrown back to Tijuana (or any other border town), EVERY DAY... only for the very same people to return the next day and keep the migra Fhurers fully employed! HA HA HA HA what waste of federal (and state) resources. All of a sudden they want to make a simple illegal immigrant Cuban kid a US citizen just to put a black eye on Uncle Fidel. Boy !!! The more extremists they become, the stupider they act. You know, they used to call the Illegal Mexicans "wetbacks" because they crossed the Rio Grande.... (Getting wet in the process) I guess today they call them "scratched arses" (because they have to jump the barbed wired fences along the border) Any moment now, someone will write a "great" soap opera based on the saga of Elian with ready markets amongst 380 million Latin Americans eager to watch the tear jerker success... (Translate it into Russian, [as they do with most Latin American soaps ops]. and they too will gladly watch it) The title would be: "Elian, the kid saved from the sharks, only to be psychologically traumatized by right wing fundamentalists" Capitalism at its best! If we were to reverse the positions... and an American kid would be in Havana in the middle of a custody battle (turned political manna)... The Marines would be ready to invade Cuba and retrieve the American boy. (May be even attempt a hit on Uncle Fidel, since they are there... why not?)
